Fire destroys vacant house in Tacoma
A vacant Tacoma house was destroyed in a fire Wednesday evening, according to Tacoma Fire Department.
The blaze was reported about 6:15 p.m. near South C and South 29th streets.
Firefighters arrived to find the home engulfed in flames. They were able to put out the fire, but the house collapsed from severe damage.
No injuries were reported.
The house had been foreclosed and the owner was rebuilding it, according to KIRO-TV.
