Four arrested following Tacoma drive-by shooting

Police arrested four people following a drive-by shooting in Tacoma early Saturday.

No one was hurt in the shooting, which happened shortly after 1 a.m. in the 8400 block of South Hosmer Street, police spokeswoman Loretta Cool said.

A truck was damaged.

Police got a description of the suspect vehicle, stopped it, arrested the people inside and recovered guns, Cool said.

Two men and two women, all in their early 20s, were arrested on suspicion of drive-by shooting.

The News Tribune does not generally name suspects before they have been charged with a crime.
