Kent police arrest man in fatal shooting
A 37-year-old man suspected of fatally shooting another man in Kent was arrested late Thursday.
Neither the alleged shooter nor victim has been identified.
Witnesses found the victim inside a Ford Taurus in the 300 block of Central Avenue South about 10:14 a.m. and called 911.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Kent police Cmdr. Jarod Kasner said the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
Police on Friday said the two men argued and one shot was fired. It’s unclear what the confrontation was about.
