Feeding 10,000 kids a day: how Bethel School District does it
In January, The News Tribune reported on a new state-of-the-art Central Kitchen facility designed to streamline production of meals for students in the Bethel School District.
The 23,000-square-foot central kitchen building had a delayed start, but it’s now operational. The Spanaway-based school district just released a video that shows how the school district has centralized food production.
You can watch the school district video, which is posted to You Tube.
