Republicans not happy about bills vetoed by Gov. Jay Inslee
Gov. Jay Inslee, a Democrat, followed through on his threat this week to veto state lawmakers' bills if they didn't complete a budget on time.
On Thursday, Inslee vetoed 27 of the 37 bills sitting on his desk.
Here's how that went over.
Inslee called for a 30-day special session Thursday to give lawmakers time to finish their work. He said he will continue to veto bills until lawmakers pass a 2016 supplemental budget.
