Spirit Lake Highway bridge inspections to cause delays Tuesday, Wednesday
Drivers should expect delays as Washington State Department of Transportation crews inspect three bridges along Spirit Lake Memorial Highway Tuesday and Wednesday.
One lane will be closed at each location during the inspection. Flaggers will guide traffic around the closure.

Drivers are instructed to slow down, stay alert and follow directions from flaggers.
Crews are scheduled to inspect the Elk Creek bridge, near milepost 38, 9:30-11:30 a.m. and the Cow Creek bridge, near milepost 28, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
They are scheduled to inspect the Hoffstadt Bluff bridge, near milepost 27, 9:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Workers also inspected the East Creek and East Fork Elk Creek bridges on Monday.
The East Creek bridge is located in Skamania County, past where Spirit Lake Memorial Highway was closed due to a 2023 landslide. The other four bridges are in Cowlitz County.
