Election: Today's protesters learned from the best

Like many people, I’m sick and tired of watching the antics of liberal students protesting the recent election. But, as a Baby Boomer, I think it’s only fair to say that our generation started the tactics that have been the back-bone of the liberal movement for many years.

In the late 60’s and early 70’s many people protested the war in Vietnam and the government behind the war. Like so many others, I joined and served “my time.”

Today’s protesters are from our loins. These are either our children or our grandchildren.

Now’s the time to teach them how we matured and took another look at the world. The gravy train has to stop.
