Lindquist: Where's fairness and balance to story?

Re: “Story gets too much ink” (letter, 1-27).

I agree with the letter writer regarding The News Tribune’s constant use of the front page to highlight what you perceive to be misconduct by Mark Lindquist, the elected prosecuting attorney of Pierce County.

For some fairness and balance, why not post some front-page articles to tell the public about the good job the office does in handling crime, crime prevention and community outreach? The latest story (TNT, 1-27) about a deputy prosecutor being taken off his duties as legal adviser to the sheriff’s office is only back-page news, if it is news at all.
