New Update on Vince McMahon's WrestleMania Attendance: Report

For almost 40 years, when you thought of WrestleMania, you thought of one man: Vince McMahon.

The P. T. Barnum of the fantastical soap opera, smashed with pro sports, the WWE, McMahon was at the helm of making the yearly event one of the biggest entertainment days across the globe.

But after selling his company to TKO, which oversees the WWE and UFC, and being ousted from the industry, McMahon is no longer attached to his greatest creation.

And on the weekend, when his daughter, Stephanie McMahon, will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, there has been little to no confirmation of whether the controversial mad innovator will be in Las Vegas for the event.

A new report on Thursday, though, seems to put to rest any thoughts of Vince McMahon making a public appearance with WWE this weekend in any capacity.

Per “WrestleVotes” of the Fightful Network, there are currently no indications that Vince McMahon will be anywhere near WWE’s Hall of Fame ceremony this weekend before WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium.

Although the WWE still lists Vince McMahon as a member of the Hall of Fame, his name and stature within the company have been overwhelmingly wiped out over the past few years since he transferred the company.

Along with Stephanie McMahon, recently retired former world champion AJ Styles will also be inducted into the Hall of Fame this weekend as a headliner. Plus, tag team Demolition, Sid Vicious, Bad News Brown, and NBA star Dennis Rodman will all be honored.
