Classic juice bar chain leaves Tacoma Mall, will be replaced by Indian eatery

A refreshing mall staple has closed its doors in Tacoma.

Jamba Juice is no longer at the Tacoma Mall, where it used to sit next to Diamond Nail N’ Spa and across from Kizuki Ramen and Izakaya.

The juice bar appears to have been closed for over a month now. The chain, which has rebranded to just “Jamba,” serves up a variety of drinks, including smoothies, coffee, energy drinks and, of course, juice. It also serves acai bowls and bites like oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches and soft pretzels.

The other closest Jamba locations are in Puyallup and Federal Way.

Taking the juice bar’s place at the Tacoma Mall will be a second location for Clove Indian Cuisine, a modern Indian restaurant operating in Renton.

The restaurant also will take over the spaces that used to be Diamond Nails and Regis Hair Salon, according to Tacoma Mall public relations. Clove Indian Cuisine is slated to open in 2027.

Other incoming businesses at the mall include Fat Zach’s Pizza, Potato Corner and Swarovski.

Cleopatra Ink, a tattoo and piercing studio at the mall, is temporarily closed for renovations, but is set to reopen July 2, according to Tacoma Mall public relations.
