UPDATE: A post on Lique’s mother’s Facebook page about 2:15 a.m. Sunday said: “Thank you everyone for your prayers. Tony James Lique is home safe.” Further information was not immediately available.
INITIAL POST: A mentally disabled Gig Harbor-area teenager is missing, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department said Saturday.
Tony James Lique, 19, was last seen around 5 p.m. Friday, his mother Ronda Lique said on her Facebook page. He may have been spotted on Saturday in Gig Harbor in the area of the Harbor Greens grocery store on Olympic Drive Northwest.
Lique has the mental capacity of someone much younger, his mother and sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said.
