Vector’s President Tyler Litzenberger told The News Tribune that construction is expected to finish in fall 2024. The company has been planning this since 2022, he said.

The developer bought the land from TNT Properties, LLC for $1.125 million in May 2021, according to records from the Pierce County Assessor-Treasurer’s Office.

Litzenberger said there is a “strong tenant demand” in the Summit neighborhood. He does not know yet what businesses will move into the warehouse.

The warehouse could bring over 40 new jobs to the community, he said. It depends on the businesses that will be there.

The News Tribune reported in January 2021 that the developer also had two warehouses coming to the 17000 block of 64th Avenue East in Frederickson.
