Tacoma’s Radnor’s Burgers & Beignets is bringing their late night bites to Puyallup next week.

Radnor’s is opening a food truck trailer at Firemind Brewing at 211 W. Stewart Ave. on June 20. The News Tribune previously reported that patrons of Firemind will be able to order through the trailer and eat inside. They will also have a location outside for customers to enjoy their food.

The restaurant is holding their grand opening celebration June 20 with free single smash burgers for the first 253 people in line and a ribbon cutting at noon. There will be live music, games and other surprises in store, Radnor’s posted on Facebook.

“Whether you’ve been rocking with us since South Tacoma Way or you’re just discovering us for the first time, this is the perfect day to come experience all that Radnor’s has to offer,” according to the post.

Radnor’s has operated on South Tacoma Way since 2024, serving their signature South Sound smash burgers, which come with two hand-smashed beef patties, American cheese and their house-made “Rad” sauce. TNT Diner named it among the Top 3 burgers under $10 in Pierce County last year.

The menu also showcases their “Rad” fries featuring the special sauce, chicken tenders, wings and beignets.

The Puyallup location will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until midnight, according to the story.
