Man dies from multiple gunshot wounds Monday night in Tacoma
A man died in Tacoma Monday evening after he was shot multiple times, Tacoma police said.
South Sound 911 received a call around 6 p.m. Monday about a shooting near the 8600 block of C Street in Tacoma.
Officers found a man with “multiple gunshot wounds.” He died at the scene, police said.
This is the second homicide in the past week in Tacoma, with very similar details released from the Tacoma Police Department.
A man was found shot to death Aug. 15 after South Sound 911 received a call just after midnight. The victim died at the scene in the 1400 block of Earnest S. Brazill Street and South Cushman Avenue.
A suspect was arrested in that earlier case.
