In celebration of National French Fry Day, McDonald’s is giving away free fries for a limited time.
Several fast food chains with locations in Washington state are also celebrating with giveaways and special deals.

How can I score free fries from McDonald’s?
McDonald’s is celebrating National French Fry Day with an “exclusive, limited-time deal” at participating locations.
On Friday, July 10, customers can score free medium fries with any $1 minimum purchase, “exclusively in the McDonald’s app,” the company said in a Tuesday, July 7, news release.
You must be enrolled in MyMcDonald’s Rewards members to be eligible for the deal.

A number of popular chains are celebrating National French Fry Day on Friday with delicious deals.
Here’s which ones:
- Arby’s: Order a cheesesteak online and get a free order of waffle fries, any size.
- Chick-fil-A: Play “Spot The Cows” on the Chick-fil-A app and win a free medium fry.
- Del Taco: Get a free regular-size fry with a minimum $3 purchase online or in store
- Jack in the Box: Get a side of fries, any size, with a minimum $1 purchase in the app.
- Smashburger: Make a minimum $1 purchase online or in-store, and score a free order of fries.
- Wendy’s: Buy $5 or more of food in the Wendy’s app, and get a free fry of any size.
Free fry offers at Arby’s, Chick-fil-A and Jack in the Box are only available to rewards members.
Although most fry deals are available on Friday only, Del Taco’s offer lasts though Sunday, July 12.
