Slain officer: Shooter deserves no attention

Re: “Man who killed Tacoma officer was a father, a barber and a man with prior gun charges” (TNT, 12/1)

I am appalled that this paper would print an article about Officer Gutierrez’s murderer on the same page and on the same day as your wonderful article about the slain officer.

This murderer does not deserve any attention at all. I am very sorry for his family, not him. I think you should print an apology to the entire law enforcement community.
