If these Tacoma gun store thieves got away with anything, they were airsoft rifles
Police are investigating a break-in at a Tacoma gun store, in which the thieves apparently didn't manage to get away with any actual firearms.
The burglars smashed their way into the front of Quantico Tactical about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at 5015 Tacoma Mall Blvd., police spokeswoman Loretta Cool said.
It's possible they took airsoft rifles that shoot plastic pellets, but any actual firearms in the business were secured in a safe, Cool said.
