Warrant issued for man accused of rubbing himself on cars in Lakewood Towne Center
The man with his pants down rubbing himself against cars in the Lakewood Towne Center caught many a glance.
Since it also got looks from two young children, Pierce County prosecutors on Monday charged the 53-year-old man with two counts of indecent exposure.
A warrant has been issued for Vincent Wallace.
He was allegedly booted out of a restaurant for being too drunk and then was seen “exposing himself and rubbing his genitals on cars,” according to charging papers.
A father waiting for his friend to get off work warned Wallace, who had his shirt open and his pants halfway down, to stay away from his vehicle because his two young children, ages 3 and 8, were inside.
Wallace continued with his pants down, undeterred.
When police showed up, Wallace denied wrongdoing and claimed he lost his belt.
He has a prior conviction for child molestation and indecent exposure.
