New houses starting at under $700K being built in this Pierce County neighborhood
A regional homebuilding firm has announced its latest project, a new development in Lakewood that’s already sold two homes.
Pacific Lifestyle Homes has launched sales for Austin Court, 8716 104th St. SW. The new neighborhood is south of Fort Steilacoom Park.
The nine-home subdivision features houses starting just below $700,000.
The news follows Pacific’s introduction of homes at its Acorn Park Development near JBLM last fall.
Pacific Lifestyle Homes is tied to Garrette Custom Homes under the same Vancouver, Washington-based company umbrella that operates as both brands in the Puget Sound region and Vancouver/Portland area. Its Puget Sound division office is in Tacoma.
Garrette, among its other projects, is one of the builders at Tehaleh near Bonney Lake.
County records show an LLC affiliated with Garrette bought five Lakewood parcels at the site last November.
“We have already seen strong demand for these homes with two already being sold before opening,” said Matt Lewis, Puget Sound Division president of Pacific Lifestyle Homes, in Tuesday’s announcement. “They are in a great area and the single-level floorplans we offer are very hard to find,”
Two-story floor plans also are available. Homes in the neighborhood range from 1,805 to 2,305 square feet, offering 3-5 bedrooms and 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, with a choice of two or three-car garages, among other features/options.
Each home also is designed to be EV ready.
